Interned for over 2 years as a coach & therapist with a leading wellness organization

Have a practicing experience of over 800 hours as a coach & therapist

I have transitioned & transformed many times in my career in terms of roles, functions & skills in leadership

I have done a complete pivot to learn and practice as a psychologist in coaching & therapy

I have been seared by experiences like grief, debilitating illness, sudden downsizing, burnout & bouts of extreme low self-esteem

Each time I could renew myself through deep self-awareness, discovering resilience within, gaining clarity over goals, finding meaning & assurance in the goals I have set.

All along my journey, I have benefited by being coached by an experienced psychologist aiding my growth & development
